The fee waivers are applicable to tickets issued before March 18 for travel between April 1-30.
Change in flight itinerary can be made on the same route and booking/fare class without fees. If no seats in the original booking class are left in the flight that the passenger would like to change to, the passenger will be charged for fare difference and taxes.
Passengers can reroute without paying fees but fare difference and taxes will be applied.
Name change is allowed on completely unused tickets for one time only with a Bt500 fee.
Refund policy will follow the original ticket’s terms and conditions. The refund may retain the value of the fare in a credit account for future travel with THAI Smile.
Deposits can be used for future travel booking (one-year validity).
